Mahima Dave
Director of Community Outreach
Mahima joined S.C.A.R.F. as an intern during the summer of 2019. Under the guidance of the entire S.C.A.R.F. team and fellow ambassadors, she researched the connection between women’s health and sudden cardiac arrest. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mahima led the Clinical Access team and worked with S.C.A.R.F. interns to write medical newsletters. By understanding the importance of cardiac health and community education, Mahima strives to work alongside community leaders to promote awareness about sudden cardiac arrest.
Mahima is currently a student at Nova Southeastern University, working towards earning a bachelor’s degree in public health. She enjoys developing health education resources and strives to address the health needs within our community. As an aspiring physician, Mahima believes that everyone deserves to be aware of their health risks and possible prevention methods. S.C.A.R.F. will always ensure that the community remains safe through innovative community health programs.
