Dr. Nerihan "Nick" Hadji

Dr. Nerihan “Nick” Hadji joined S.C.A.R.F. as a medical intern in 2012 after having graduated from Northern Illinois University with his Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Hadji went on to receive his Master’s in Public Health from Northern Illinois University as well as a Masters of Biomedical Professions from Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM). It was from here that he went on to earn his medical degree from LMU-DCOM and is currently in his third year of his internal medicine residency at Spectrum Health Lakeland Saint Joseph, MI. He has also had the honor and privilege of serving as one of the chief residents for his class this past year.

Nick feels that his involvement in S.C.A.R.F. is and will be lifelong, as the organization is not one that has just helped him, but helped his family as well. He is forever grateful for the opportunities that S.C.A.R.F. has provided for him including the guidance and mentorship needed in order to accomplish his goals and make his dreams of becoming a physician become a reality. He has been heavily involved in the mentorship program and his goal is to continue to educate the bright, young, and motivated young minds that the program serves. He wants to be someone they can rely on to make their dreams come true. He feels that S.C.A.R.F will always be about education, teamwork, and critical thinking.
